Full Planning includes: Complete Wedding Planning & Full Design Production Venue selection & site visits Vendor referrals, contract review & negotiation Budget assessment & oversight Custom design plan including mood board, floral & linen recommendations, color palette, and floor plans Luxury floral design: arches, ceremony installations, lavish centerpieces, bouquets & boutonnieres All in-house Premium rentals coordinated directly by Bad & Bougie Events (tables, chairs, linens, chargers, glassware, flatware, and select décor) 360 Camera rental for 4 hours Oversight of design elements including lighting, tablescapes & lounge furniture Sourcing of custom décor pieces & furnishings Creation of custom installations (cake table, escort card displays, photo moments) Curation of paper suite: invitations, signage, menus, place cards Management of event structures: tenting, flooring, staging Transportation logistics for bridal party & guests Coordination with venue staff & all vendors Distribution of detailed event day timeline to vendors & VIPs Run rehearsal prior to wedding day Two on-site event assistants + Bridal Concierge Attendant for the bride’s personal needs Full wedding day management: execution of timeline, vendor oversight, and breakdown Luxury Spa Experience for the Couple – spa basket + gift certificate for a post-wedding retreat (If items are not in our inventory and we have to source vendors, there may be an additional fee for rentals)
